As far as any ideas, I would say on the last one, the lines don't match up because of the rounded nature of your corners. For that, I would try to snip out a section of the pattern, then try to place it so that it looks very close.

Either that or, try using a different texture/map. You could offset the main parts (or panels) by using something different. Kind of like an old "Steamer Trunk" (large box people used in the old days to pack their belongings in and sail across the ocean on "Steamer Ships" like the Titanic!

Doesn't have to look like them (steamer trunks) but I think you get the idea. It would also help to hide any imperfections you may have along the seams of your boxes, not that there are any -- your seams look really good!

One other thing, after I looked closer at the first box, I noticed that the bricks did line up correctly on the bottom edges of your box (sorry). It's just the vertical mortar joints that look like they are off kilter! It made it look like panels were slanted the wrong way (going downhill to the back of the box, instead of downhill toward the front corner).
