Someone with that much skill coud pretty much create work like that with any painting app,all they need is a color palette and some brushes,and in this guys case I would say quite a few years in art school and painting with natural medias

I cant remember if he had a Bio or not.

vee PS 20 on steroids,now where do I get a copy of that

I didn't find a bio but check his credits.

By the time 20 comes out, I'll be laughing with no teeth and probably need the steroids.
