Guru Intro-need help

I need help about this intro
I dont now how to make a "constructing" of the flower more "older" now it looks like it is made by child.....a want to looks more metal not childrens look...
if anybody understand me please help me

your best bet is to try a specialised after effects forum.

How have you constructed the logo and what version of after effects are you using.
tip 1 I do my graphical work like this in photoshop each animation is a layer so each colour part of the logo for example is a layer once you are happy with the effect you can import the psd as layers and bring each layer in animated using keyframes. or you can do it all in after effects
using something like this and adapt the colours with colour overlays.

I am using cs4, 1 layer for each part of the flower , 1 layer for each particles

Ok then edit your psd and replace the footage maybe this will help with the effect you want they are layer styles that give metalic effects
