Natural Skin Colour

How can I make a natural looking skin colour in After Effects?
I have a black and white clip, and I want to colour the man's face, I have a rotoscope around it, and I just need to know what tool, or filter, or whatever, can I use to get a natural looking skin colour?

sample a skin colour in photoshop then put the rgb code in after effects colour panel you will proaby have to add some other colour correction filters and subtle warming toning filters on top of it. My advice is to go to New Layer > adjustment layer and add all your colouring on that rather directly on your video then you can fine tweak it easier and play with blending modes.
