In the video i will show you. I would like to know how to achieve this effect or just give me a link to a tutorial. The problem is that i don't have any idea how i should search this one google... So that's not a great start hehe.

Look at 0:40 The background and foreground are both moving. The photographer took a shot of the blurry background and then he shot another photo with the man with the mask ?

There's alot of this effect in this video.

iv never tried to do it but i would say its just 2 composites (foreground and Background) with the foreground (the man) rotoscoped from the original footage then just animated both comps moving in opposite directions
