Upgrading from AI8 to CS...???????????

Does anyone know if it is possible to upgrade to AI CS from AI 8.

It reads:

"To install upgrade successfully, you will need a licensed version of Illustrator 10 or earlier on the same platform as this purchase."

Doesn't look like you will have any problems at all, but you can of course always contact Adobe to be sure.

Thanks. I had read that, but I read somewhere you can only jump two versions. Hence, 9 to 11.

Will email Adobe before buying just in case.

If you didn't read it on the Adobe site, it ain't so...
The keywords are registered version. Adobe does not specify how far back.
