Brought Life To Photo

This photo was taken back in July of 2009 and edited a few days after... you never know what you'll find when you begin sorting through all of your files. Below is a before and after:

Looks good. Clouds are off though. Notice the shadow from the trees? Use that to determine the light source and the type of clouds overhead.

Unless I'm mistaken that is the actual sky at that moment in time. Only this shot was probably recovered in RAW.

Look on the top left of the original. You can see a cloud that isn't there in the after photo. Those clouds were pasted in.

I'd be interested to know your workflow on this picture though. I like the colors a lot!
