For photoshop
Open the folder with your newly downloaded brushes. Keep that open,

Go to start, My computer, double click C:, and double click program files.

open adobe, then photoshop, presets, and brushes

Drag and drop your brushes into this brushes folder.

This is where your brushes go, and they will be accesable the next time you start PS.
