How to draw this Gradient Image?

Hello All,
Can someone help me in making this background? I tried linear gradient but it doesn't look exactly like the attached one.

that looks more like a radial gradient over a solid color, and also looks like it has a texture applied to it, they'r not always gradients most of the times they are different shapes with low alphas
