How to highlight the cloud's in my picture | Help please

Hi everyone...

I'm in need of some tip's/techniques to get this kind of final out put. Basically i need the clouds to be highlighted
as in the photos attached. They are done by a pro AYASHOK and i want to know the secret behind this... please guy's help me with this .... I'm a starter with photoshop and i really dont know these techniques.

This is basic tonal software or HDR effects you can do with photoshops built in HDR toner or you can use many different plugins

Topaz adjust 5 Has HDR capabilities

Nik Colour effex pro Has Hadr capabilities

Nik HDR Effex pro is dedicated to HDR toning and merging

Photo manix (I THINK ITS CALLED) also another 1

and there are some free 1s available online just google HDR software.

Or withing photoshop you can do it with a series of curves adjustment layers and the saturation \ vibrance filter.

There are probably some free HDR Effects Actions available try Googling that.
