Help with pen tool

I need help using the pen tool for creating a logo. Here is a rough draft that I did with the bursh tool:

How can I accomplish this with the pen tool? Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you want to use the Pen Tool - After laying out your paths for the design - Use Stroke Path with Brush and it will use your brush setting to follow the path.

I really is pretty easy and using this you can get much better control over how you want the design to flow.
