Need som Help

Hello.

I have a picture that i would like to have some colours in.
I dont have photoshop and the art thing isnt really my thing. I cant get anything right.
So i was wondering if someone have some time over to edit my picure.

I dont have many idees how i want the pic. But i want the ground that she sits on to be Green. But after that im out of idees. So if someone want to try out to make this a better pic, please help.
Im gona have it as a tattoo when im satisfied with it.
