Will this laptop run Photoshop CS2 well?

It has an Intel GMA X4500HD Graphics Card, integrated (I think), 4gb RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 / 2.20 GHz , 500gb HDD.

Would this work well with Photoshop CS2 or would it be better to find something with dedicated graphics memory?

No, Photoshop CS2 runs just fine with that card, no need to worry at all!
You will only see very slight benefits in CS3 and increasingly in CS4, since they make more use of 3D features of your card, but even CS3/4 runs just fine with your card.
