i need some ideas on how to make the globe inside the eye fall more into to the eye and look more naturel:

Hmm, you migth have to zip it and compress a bit to upload it. I'll see about increasing the limit though.

play with the opacity of the globe layer, try blending modes or mask it, that should do it.
