Make-up tutorials!

I'm looking for free PDF file tutorials for applying make-up on portraits. Any help or suggestions and links would be appreciated. Cheers.

you dont really need a full tutorial all you need is the skill to create a new layer and have a hard brush and a soft brush
step 1 load portrait
step 2 create a new layer
step 3 choose colour
step 4 paint in where you want the make up
step 5 set the layer blending mode to colour
step 6 lower the layer opacity to suit
step 7 go to image>adjust>hue saturation to tweak the colours
step 8 repeat process for each part of make up
