Custom brush flow

Hi all,
Does anyone know how to make custom brushes flow in a curved line. For instance I created a thorn stem brush and it works if I use it in a straight line (A) but if I curve it, it goes out of shape (B)...

Have you tried going to window > brushes and then altering the brush rotation and angle jitter etc if you have a graphics tablet it will do it automatically.

PS can't do it. Adobe Illustrator is the program you need. Or something else.
