looking for tutorial

I am looking for a tut i saw once concerning removing a person from a photo leaving only their clothes. It was called "ghosting" or something. When you are done it is like the person was never there, the inside back of the shirt "where the head and neck was" is even there. cool effect. anyone know where to point me?
