No good, way to small.
The resoition of this image is 95.987
Rescan the image and try 900 or 1200.

Steves correct it is small for what you want, i did try and do a quick repair job.

could you help me make it clearer? This is my father young picture. He has been lost connection with his cousin for decades. Now he is old and want to look for them with this picture.

I have resized it but not got the time to repair it bed time for me.
you will have to click the image a couple of times to get full size done a quick levels adjustment
