Making a 2D photo look like it was modeled in 3D

Hi there, I'm new!

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I'm looking for a tutorial of some sort that could walk me through making a 2D photo look like it was made in a 3D program. For instance, taking this picture:



and making it look more like this:



Is this even possible? Thanks for your help!
