    Circle fade effect

    Hi,
    Im new photoshop member , how to generate fade effect using photoshop CS5 As an example : see image attachment .Circle fade effect-1.png

    I would take your image use the elliptical marquee tool draw a circle around most of the middle area, set your feather to 5 pixels say and then make a new layer via copy.

    Can you be a bit more specific with how and where you want any fade, though I think you mean how to feather the edges to make them appear smoother. I would recommend you find a tutorial on how to use the pen tool to make a selection, this way you edges won't be jagged in the first place.

    From big to little

    As i described above, with a new layer over the top painted white then fade by 50%.
