    Request tutorial [Max payne effect]

Hello, I would like to know how do I get one photo to look like the comic strips/ cutscenes from the Max Payne game?

I tried different filters and soft light blending with multiple layers but never came close to what they did.

Can't post images or links yet, but you can Google Max payne comic on images.

Hope someone can help me with some tips.
    Thanks.

Dude, I already google it, but if you think that is what I want, you are mistaken. Search for Max Payne comic on Google images, and u'll see that I want a totally different look.

The characters need too look almost painted, which I am trying right now, to paint them from scratch. That tutorial is a generic one that teaches you nothing really helpful for what I intend to do.
I want to replicate the effects and I just wondered if there are ps expererts out there, why not give it a try and ask those.

When I say i want that look, I mean i want everything, from paintish look of characters to the wizzling dreamy liquefied look of enviroments.

I know how to apply rain and other filterish things.Thank anyway, but I need a Photosop advice, not a Google advice. Right when I will be able to post images I will post my tries and upload images of Max Payne cutscenes.
