Only one suggestion. On the first one, if you have the two tendrils of smoke coming out of the nose holes on separate layers, I'd modify one or both slightly using the Liquify filter so they weren't identical.

Re: so, any new advice on my anti smoking poster the skull pic
I've been avoiding this because I don't like to be negative. but you keep asking. To begin, that's a pretty joyous looking skull, I would tend to give it more of a grimace, even if it would be un-natural. and the eyes are glowing with the 'spark of life', mixed message there.
No idea how the cigarette is being held between the fingers, neither one seems to be touching it.
The smoke from the tip of the ash should be coming from the burning end of the cigerette not the ash.
That same tendral of smoke, although very well done, seems too small and condensed. It should spread some and maybe swirl around the skull. I can't imagine why the smoke being exhaled, is going in two different directions. it should come out in individual streams then merge. The text is too soft. You're making a visual statement that you want to be strong. An exclaimation!!!! The text should shout.
I'm going to do a quick example and post it. But only if I have your permission. or I could e-mail it to you

this is about a 1/2 hr go at it. I kept your theme but did some major visual alterations. I'm not saying that this is better than your's, just a different approach

just happened to have a skull and hand in my little box of goodies. so I threw them on the old scanner. Actually, I've been at this stuff for (too) many years. You wouldn't believe my image libraries.
