Hi... I'm new here.. good to meet you.

I have three photos.
The content is similar; each is a 3 person portrait,
but the tonality, colour and contrast is very different
I'd like to get them so that they match - and then perhaps convert to sepia; -probably an easy task for many of you, but I'm not naturally artistic. My initial efforts score about 6/10.
Any tips, maybe a step by step tutorial to help me along?
