Looks pretty good I like it. Only one thing I don't like is I find the red hair distracting, and the white around the work on the eye I think needs cleaned up a little bit. Other than that looks great. You may be using the red hair to draw in the viewers attention, but I think its just a little out of place for the rest of the piece. Just my thoughts.

I would suggest a lightness adjustment on the wings - just enough so you can see a little feather detail, but still look dark.
