Gears of War - WallPaper Photo-manipulation Design

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum. I recently entered a Gears of War contents for a wallpaper and wanted to submit my design here. I tried to make mine different from the other entries in not focusing so much on the war and battle but the softer side to sending out the trilogy on that bitter sweet epic "desperate last stand" theme. Anyways, let me know what you think.

not bad at all, i think it may be best to crop the image down a bit and make marcus and dom bigger and more visible within the centre, overall pretty wicked there! ;)
as for image posting, here you can upload directly from your hard drive.

mmm, very nostalgic and touching. I do agree with Zeealex. I'd hate to see you lose any elements of the background, but you could consider moving the characters more into the foreground (in keeping with Zee's suggestion), then the BG would not overwelm them. Otherwise, I like the idea, the composition, and the sort of American Civil Was era feel the photographic style has to it. The vignette is nice.

If you have content aware in your version of PS, you could "squish" the center of the scene a bit; a lot of trees in the middle; a few gone would probably not be missed.

Way to much to look at, like other have said reduce it a little and give more emphasis to the actual heading.
