Action Ebook merge left right page in ane wide

Hello...
We have an Ebook in PDF format. I want to merge left and right pages in one lanscape pdf or jpg. I convert that pages in jpg format. I merge manualy with photoshop as bellow.
1) Open 0001.jpg file (left size)
2) Resize horizontaly 200% canvas
3) Open 0002.jpg file(right size)
4) Copy - paste in 0001.jpg
5) Unlock layer 0 (0001.jpg)
6) Align Layers left (step 7,8 maybe not use in my case use)
7) move 1px left 0002.jpg
8) Crop transparency (1px)
9) Save as 0001.jpg in new folder
10) close all

Can I write an action for batch use? The prob is 2 files from same file...
I try spit files in 2 foldrs left, right.
I run half action. We have now left images/pages in a canvas 200% hor with right transparency.
How mix that with right pages?
Can I Write Action from 2 folders as source and dest in one?
