Vanderlee Plugin problem

1st post be easy now... (* crap... wrong posting area... please move)

I downloaded the Half tone plugin for trial use and it worked, under filters.
I decided to buy the plugin. Fine.

Im using PS CS4 64bit

No, I didnt read those directions fully and removed the halftone folder that was installed.
So i figured I can reinstall the plugin with the provided installer. OK.

To my surprise, it installs but theres no halftone plugin listed.
I cannot get it to install anymore. I know the trial worked fine and I could not
save any designs.

What to do? Is there any settings I could try and change to get this back to working?
