How-to get this type of layers in photoshop (any plugins)

I am looking for some help on making this type of layers from multiple images I have.

Is there a plugin that makes it or I would really appreciate if someone can let me know how

you will need several images the same size on separate layers and go to edit transform and hold down the control key whilst dragging the corners into position
