Shoehorning a color scheme in post

Hi folks.

I'm trying to find a plugin that allows one to shift the hue of colors in an image to conform to a given color scheme. This can be achieved with layers/masks/adjustments but if there is a plugin that makes the process easier, I would be extremely interested in it.

I've put together a crude example of the kind of thing I want to do. Thanks for any advice..

This may not give you the fine control you want, but one common way to do this sort of thing is to use Photoshop's "color table" facility. Google {"indexed color" "color table" }

And then customize the table:
