very small photo edit required

Hi

Am I in the right place for photo editors?

I've got a wee job needs doing and I don't have a clue. Basically it's putting a couple of pics/logos on top of another and tilting it a bit to look natural. Don't imagine it'll take more than 10 mins if you know what you're doing.

Price negotiable, needs done asap.

Forgive me but I am clueless when it comes to this sort of thing. I have a stock pic and want to superimpose another on top. I have the second pic as a pdf- is that OK? Or does it have to be a jpeg?
