In need of a Photoshop Guru for background removal!

So glad I found this forum!!!

I need some work done on some photos of my band. Specifically, I need the background removed from some photos, so that there is a transparent background. The outline of the people in the photo needs to be reasonably smooth so that when a solid color is put underneath it doesnt look strange. The images are attached (low res). If anyone can help me, please let me know how much it will cost and I'll send through the hi-res versions Thanks!!Photos.rar

the area of where everyones hair is could be very tricky due to the dark color very hard to see it (where it ends), depending on what it is being placed on just a cut out could be very subjective
