USA based is my preference when it comes to hiring online help (not because I am USA based either, it always has been my preference) outsourcing is getting way out of hand even online IMO
keep it home(wherever you live)
There are lots of out here to pick from but I ask ALL potential requests for edits of any kind Keep it in your country STOP OUTSOURCING it's doesn't help the country you live in.

I've not start to take jobs or asking for it but when i will then i'll have arguments. First one is that in my country (2'000'000 TOTAL population) isn't much request (i think).

I sort of agree and disagree if I liked someones work I would choose them for being the best so your telling me if I wanted to hire you because I like your work and was to offer you $10,000 contract you would turn it down purely on the grounds that I am English

never said anything about refusing anyone, all I ask is consider your country before considering others to save a buck.... it'll only help your country. We all know each needs all the help it can get.
