Change the background to white for a head-shot ($10)

A headshot of a friend. Need to have the background changed to white so he can use it for his passport picture. (e.g. as if there is a white wall behind him).

This is my first time on this site. I will pay through paypal. Only to the first person who responds with it, of course- But please- no crap jobs! Should take an experienced person 10 minutes I guess.

Have no paypal, so just coment...it's a job for 3minutes (including open/save)

But don't think it is good idea to use that picture. 1. He's smiling. 2. Image quality and size is very low. Croped face is 1cm wide at 300dpi. But passport need if i'm not wrong 3x4cm.

too low resolution. another problem is that white background with white shirt may look confusing. so the shirt's color also should be changed: )

Just so you know this would not be a legal passport photo it has to be a head and shoulders shot straight on at the camera at eye level. Wherever you are I would check your government websites for legal requirements and specific details. But this picture would just get declined
