    Help creating a Photoshop Mask...

This will be used for a page in a high school football activity program:

I want to create a very simple mask with photos taken from a high school 7-on-7 tournament. The page will be 7 1/2" X 10" black background with 2 lines of text that are filled with a collage of photos:

7-ON-7 (top centered - very large letters with the photos 'collaged' inside)

(team photo will be inserted in the middle of the pate

2011 (bottom centered very large block letters with the photos 'collaged' inside)

I have attached an example of what I want the two lines to look like...

(new to this board - know photoshop can do it but am not sure if I'm using the correct terminology)

    Is $25 reasonable?

Thanks in advance if you think you can help!!!
