    I'm counting on the Guru's

I have a client that needs a whole lot of chairs resurfaced, digitally, with supplied patterns.
    A lot of them.

Here is a sample pattern to replace the tan leather.
Yes, the piping border would need to be separate as well.

In the "old days" I'd mask off the top, font and side of the cushion and past in the texture and warp to taste.
Is that still (or ever was) the best way to go about this ?

I know I've gotten old and crusty and need new insights and I know enough about Photoshop to know that there is always a better/faster way of doing things coming down the road.
    A little help ?

    Best,
    John

Don't know about others but i do it still with masks and blending modes.
One thing is very helpfull for this now - Vanishing Point.

    Holy crap ....
How long did that take you ?
    Thank you so much!

"Vanishing point". THAT is what struck me at 4 in the morning.
I've not worked with that in Photoshop yet, but I knew there must be a way to do this quickly and you have.

About 10 minutes. And most of them with Vanishing Point cause i'm not too familiar with it.

    Nice SS
    HubCam,
Dont rely on 10 minutes for each one, specially if different photos

    Thanks SS and iDad,

    I had quoted an hour!
Just heard back and it seems to have been accepted by the "higher ups".
Gotta love catching a break like that.

Thanks to you all on this site, it's really impressive and WOW you are some great editors.
