Looking for layout gfxs

Looking for someone to help me out with a site design gfx.
I have never been vary good at gfx but basic editing. So I can't
seem to come up with any ideas.

I have this site mcdominion[dot]net It's a basic layout and basicly what I need.
But I am kind of looking for little more to the gfxs. This is the
template I have drawn up for it mcdominion[dot]net/images/layoutbasic.png The
site now has just about every thing but the content added already so you can
use it for a basic idea.

I can do all the HTML/CSS/Scripting and Cutting up for it. I just need the layout gfx.
So if you are willing to help me out with this I would love you long time. If you wont
do it for free maybe we can work out some type of trade for it. Not for sure what the trade or cost would be. I don't have much as we don't make money from it.

Oh, the theme of it is minecraft by the way. But it does not have to be but would like it to
be since its for the MC server it self. This is a basic idea from enjin mcdominionnet.enjin[dot]com/ but would like something more one of a kind.

I can help you out, and I can work on a budget. I play minecraft and do scripting for stuff like that so I am oriented to the theme, etc...
