New moderator for PSG: Namvet

I would like to introduce Namvet , who I know from the 'old days' at PSG, as a new moderator.

I asked Namvet to become a moderator, because he has some very good qualities that a board like this needs;

- helpful
- friendly
- inspiring
- dedicated
- good sense of humor
