New Users area changed to New User Introductions

2. Changed the order of Photoshop Boards

Photoshop Newbies- new forum
Technical Q&A Changed name to Photoshop Troubleshooting
Photoshop for the Web
Photoshop for 3D

3. New Heading- Photoshop Resources
Placed Quick Tips and Techniques in Photoshop Resources
Photoshop Resources changed to Absolute Favorite Tools
Forum Tutorials moved from Photoshop Board to Photoshop Resources
Filter Talk changed to Best Filters and Plugins and put under Photoshop Resources
Added the following catagories

Automated Actions and Vector Shapes
Changed the Links category to Absolute Favorite Tools and put in the Photoshop Resources Heading

Using flash renamed to Flash- Micromedia, Swift, Swift 3D, etc
