New Posting/Editing Tools and Smilies

You should see I have added a better set of posting and editing tools when you make a new post, reply, or edit an existing post.

This includes font color and size selectors, ability to create lists, text alignment, easy insertion of quotes, code, and smilies.

Please use these tools with your best judgment and don't abuse them.
