New Forum Style Available: PSG Dark

I have nearly finished the new PSG Dark forum style. It's still a work in progress, but I decided to release it for those who have been waiting for a new dark style.

Please report any bugs you find here so we can get them fixed. I am aware of a few bugs in it already, and I will be working to fix them over the next few days.

No change on iPhone from one to the other with all 3

When you get pop up windows ie upload a picture the text on them is black and with a 90% black background it is almost impossible to see
