Two new Forum Moderators

I'm happy to announce two new Full Forum Moderators to the staff here at PSG.
Paul a long time member and good friend of PSG, and Inkz a relatively new member whose given PSG 110% in the time he's been with us have agreed to join the staff here as Full Forum Moderators, they were previously Freelance Section Moderators
