Making many rounded corner rectangles the same size

I need to crop a bunch of pictures in order for them to have rounded corners.

I can do one photo, no problem, using the Rounded Rectangle Tool, and a vector mask, as per the tutorial found here:

Photo Corners - Photoshop Rounded Corners - Photoshop Corners

However, now I need to do the same thing with all the other photos. The cropped images must be exactly the same size as the first one. I can't seem to find how to set a fixed size for the shape (i.e. width and height). There's no way I can do this manually, as each time I try, it's a different size. I need to have some sort of "template" and then position it over each picture to crop out the rounded rectangle shape.

Create the rounded rectangle, turn it into a smart object and then drag that layer to the new layer icon to make duplicates. It means that a change in the original will automatically adjust all the related rectangles, which could be use useful depending on your project.
