I'll be quite honest with you; the end result actually looks quite terrible and not in a life time would I like to teach you such poor techniques.

My advice to you is to do some photo retouching tutorials:

Photoshop tutorials: Photo retouching

Most important: experiment and practice and always keep in my mind that good photo retouching is more about what you DON'T do. Good luck! ;)
