Question How Do I Get Crisp, Clean, Tones In My Images?

How do I get the crisp clean style of this girl?

Her flickr photos are very simple, yet everything in the photos are defined.

What editing techniques do you think she uses? Lighting?

I use a Canon Rebel XSI, she uses an XTI. So I'm sure I can achieve those effects.

It's obviously a combination of good equipment, photography skills (and no, I don't mean just how to control the camera), image manipulation skills and a creative mind.

Not if you don't have the skills or talent. And as for the camera; the camera doesn't matter so much, what's more important are the lenses used, filters, flashes, reflectors, calibration devices, light meters, etc. But even with all the best equipment... you're out of luck if you lack the skills or creativity. ;)

Are you shooting in RAW or JEPG?

What do you do if anything for post processing?

Audrey doesn't seem to be doing anything special with lighting except using natural light well.
