opening photos
Hi there.Well I have this problem,as totally new photoshop user i was exploring it with help from youtube and now every time I go to file and press open and get any photo from my library it comes up with these bars,vertical and horizontal lines.I spent hours in frustration trying to deactivate this.I dont know where to go and what to press.Please help anyone before I introduce axe to my new comp.

If your talking about the grid on Photoshop you click - view - show extras or click extras then Deselect grid

The other way is to open Photo Suite itself and go to Options. Then choose it as the default programs for all images such as jpegs and gifs. Keep in mind that this option will make Photo Suite your default for all photos, whether they are opened in Yahoo or not.
