    Quick question

Is there any way to lock a certain color in so that no matter what you do, pixels of that color won't be affected, sort of like the lock transparency option in the layers palette?

    Hi JadedKitsune

Well, you could select a color shade using "select>color range" and isolate it by creating a selection whit the specific color and then create a layer mask over, or just create a new layer from the selected color.

It Could be another techniques dough.

    Hope this helps.
