Question [HELP] White lines after Wind Effect

I was making my band's logo, but when I added the Wind effect and make it like blood dropping,it left some white lines which can be seen in any background but white (cuz they are white xD) So my question is - Can I remove them or make the blood in a different way? I'm uploading the .png and if someone wants to help me I can upload the .psd file.

Thanks~[HELP] White lines after Wind Effect-logo3.pngClick image for larger version

well the bigger 1s can be erased using the magic eraser just make sure you lower the tolerence to approximately 5 the rest you could create a new layer and select paint brush and set it to darken on the top left of the screen select a red and just paint over the white/gray parts and set the layer blending mode to colour and adjust the transparency. Other than that you could add a red colour adjustment layer and mask everything off except for the parts you want to make red then adjust the layer transparency/ fill level.
Or redo the whole image but do it with a transparant background from the beginning
