Help with getting dry paint brush texture.
Could anyone please tell me about a technique or a brush that can produce the kind of a texture in this image?

Hello Ravik, I actually see no texture in your picture, do you mean the red part brush? You have lots of website with brushes if you google free dry brushes photoshop, sure you will have a bucket already without going too mad to remake the same. now for textures I would not apply a brush but a textures over it and overly or soft light it or multiply etc... up to you to find out, you can find lots of textures on deviant website too.
