    Reccomendation for a Tablet/Pen

Hi guys, I am looking to get a Tablet. I am using CS5 on a MacBook Pro. I will be using it for photo editing and manipulation mainly.

Any reccomendations of what to get or what to stay away from?

    Hi MotoChief.

The Wacom Line is very good. Depending on your use, even the WACOM Bamboo will do.

But for advanced use - there's WACOM Cintiq and Intuos.

Wacom tablets are what most people use. Which you choose from their line is usually dictated by need and budget.

So it looks like the Bamboo Capture is the one for me. Anyone using this model and have any suggestions about it? Should I get extra pen tips or anything?

Thanks for the replies. I will let you know how it works out once i get it. FYI, it may be a couple weeks. I am living in Guantanamo Bay right now and the mail is slow.

    Re: Reccomendation for a Tablet/Pen

I use a Bamboo Wacom from time to time. What can I say, it works just as well as any other tablet. It supports pressure sensitive actions, such as when using the brush, eraser, pen and pencil tool. The tablet I have only has a 6" wide by 2.5" height drawing area, but it can be set to use the entire viewing area of your monitor. This comes in handy as I use a 25" 1920x1080 monitor. It's relatively inexpensive as well. I paid some $69.99 for it I think. Here's a link to the model.
