How to have an image in a font?

I want to create an image with a font on top, but within that font is another image. For example, if I have a picture of a field, and then I type the word 'TEST' in Arial, instead of having the word 'TEST' be the color black, I'd like it to be another image.

I'm guessing there are multiple ways to do this, but I don't know any of them :(

tyope your font out place an image on a layer above it right click the layer and select create clipping mask you may want to add a stroke in though for clarity
